Order Processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within Canada and internationally:

Domestic (Canada):

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (estimate)

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (estimate)

International:

- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (estimate)

- Express International Shipping: 3–10 business days (estimate)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Feuille Green is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, these will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Please note that it may take 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.


Shipping Restrictions

- Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain express carriers.

- Some international destinations may have customs restrictions or additional duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.


Damaged or Lost Packages

- Please inspect your order upon delivery.

- If your package arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@feuillegreen.com. with photos of the packaging and product.

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.

- All consumable products are shipped in sealed containers to ensure safety and hygiene.
